Privacy & enquiries.

Matali Print uses the information you submit to review and respond to your enquiry, understand interest in the proposed collection, and discuss your project. An enquiry is not an order or a commitment to purchase.

What we collect

Your name, email address, optional company name, product preferences, estimated quantity, dimensions and message are stored in the studio's enquiry system. Please do not include sensitive personal information or payment details.

How we use it

The studio owner can review your enquiry and contact you about it. Where email delivery is configured, a notification is sent through our email delivery provider. Your enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website's hosted database, with access restricted to the studio owner. Hosting providers process this information to operate the service. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit abusive submissions.

Optional visit statistics

If you allow statistics, we record the pages and products opened, sharing controls used, and enquiry form starts and submissions, together with a random browser-tab session identifier. Campaign labels (utm_source and utm_campaign) or a broad referring source may also be recorded. We do not record your name, email address, IP address or full referring URL in these statistics. If you submit an enquiry with statistics enabled, its campaign source is saved with the enquiry so the studio can understand which campaigns generate interest. This source is removed when the enquiry is deleted. The session identifier and campaign labels are held in session storage; your allow/decline choice is held on your device. Records are retained for up to 30 days and removed as new events are processed. Use Privacy choices to withdraw permission at any time. Do Not Track is respected.

Sharing products

Social buttons open the service you select, which may process your data under its own privacy terms. We do not automatically publish anything to your accounts. Sharing statistics measure use of the controls, not confirmed posts.

Questions or deletion requests

You can use the enquiry form to ask about your information or request deletion. Include your previous enquiry reference if available. The studio can delete enquiries from its private panel.

Pre-launch information

Product concepts and dimensions are indicative. Suitability, pricing, launch timing and delivery arrangements require individual confirmation. Product imagery may show illustrative concepts rather than completed customer work.
